Exterior cleaning for Lafayette homeowners
Lafayette is the county seat of Macon County, founded in 1843 and named for the Marquis de Lafayette. It sits on the northern Highland Rim, at the crossroads of State Routes 10 and 52, with Route 52 connecting it back to Portland and I-65. Macon County is one of the top producers of burley tobacco in the state, and hardwood lumber and manufacturing add to a mix of farm and in-town homes.
We come out to Lafayette from Portland, about 27 miles away along Highway 52. Homes in Lafayette include older in-town houses, brick ranches, and farmhouses with big yards. We offer house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, and deck cleaning, and we price jobs honestly for the size of the work.

What Lafayette homes deal with
Lafayette's mix of in-town homes and farmland means every job is a little different. Older in-town houses need gentle methods on brick and wood trim, while farm homes collect dust, pollen and algae. Many roofs and decks sit in the shade of tall trees.
A yearly soft wash is the best investment for keeping siding bright, and a roof soft wash is the key if black streaks have appeared. For summer entertaining, decks and fences are popular.
