Porch & Patio Cleaning

Your porch and patio should be the most inviting part of the house. If you avoid your own back porch because it looks gloomy, our cleaning gets it ready for cookouts, football weekends, and quiet mornings.

Why porches and patios get so grimy

Covered porches and shaded patios stay damp. That moisture, combined with dust, pollen, spider webs, and tracked-in dirt, creates a perfect habitat for algae and mildew. Concrete slabs turn gray or green, pavers darken, brick steps grow moss, and painted porch floors and ceilings pick up spotting and cobwebs. Add grill grease, dropped food, and pet marks, and the space can feel dirty even when it is swept every day.

What we clean

We clean concrete patios, paver patios, brick and flagstone, stamped concrete, covered porch floors, porch ceilings, columns and railings, steps, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens. We take care around furniture, grills, plants, and fixtures, and we pay attention to the details that make an outdoor room feel finished: expansion joints, edges, steps, and the base of columns and posts.

Because outdoor living spaces connect to the rest of the exterior, many customers pair this service with house washing, deck cleaning, and walkway cleaning for a complete refresh.

Pavers and natural stone

Pavers and natural stone need a gentle touch. We use appropriate pressure and technique to clean pavers without blowing out the joint sand, and we can discuss re-sanding or sealing options with you if the joints need attention.
