Driveway Pressure Washing & Concrete Cleaning

The driveway is the first thing visitors and buyers see. Hot water pressure washing melts away oil, tire rubber, algae and ground-in dirt that cold water simply moves around.

Why hot water makes the difference on concrete

Concrete is porous. Oil, grease, tire rubber, and organic growth sink into the surface rather than sitting on top of it. Cold water pressure washing pushes that grime around and removes only the loosest dirt. Hot water changes the equation: heat thins and lifts oil and grease, softens ground-in tire marks, and speeds up the cleaning solution so it works faster and rinses away more completely.

That is why hot water is the standard for driveways, garage aprons, and commercial concrete. It cleans deeper in a single pass, which means fewer shadows, fewer stripes, and fewer return visits.

What we remove from driveways

Concrete in our region collects algae in shaded areas, leaf tannin stains from tree cover, rust from lawn equipment and sprinklers, oil drips under cars, tire marks near the garage door, and a gray film of road dust. Stained concrete can look permanently discolored when it is only dirty. We clean the entire surface evenly, including the apron, expansion joints, curbs, and edges where grass meets concrete, so there are no lap marks or stripes.

We also tackle the less obvious places: the garage floor near the door, concrete steps, retaining curbs, and the walkway connecting the driveway to the front door. See sidewalk and walkway cleaning and porch and patio cleaning.

Rust, oil and other stubborn stains

Most stains improve dramatically with hot water and the right cleaner. Fresh oil lifts well. Very old, deeply set oil stains may fade rather than disappear entirely, and rust may need a specific treatment. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we start, so there are no surprises.

What this removes

  • Oil and grease
  • Tire marks
  • Green algae and black mildew
  • Rust stains
  • Leaf tannin stains

Why it is worth doing

  • The biggest, fastest curb appeal improvement for the money.

  4. RinseThe whole slab is rinsed clean and runoff is directed away from beds and neighbors.
  5. Walk-throughWe check the results with you and touch up any remaining spots.

Frequently asked questions

How often should a driveway be cleaned?

Most driveways look best with a cleaning about once a year. Shaded driveways, driveways near trees, and homes with several vehicles may do better with two cleanings a year. Our Complete Home plan includes two driveway and sidewalk cleanings annually.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Not when done correctly. We use a surface cleaner and the right pressure and avoid etching. We are careful around cracks, joints, and older concrete.

Can you remove oil stains completely?

Fresh stains usually come out well. Old oil that has soaked deep may lighten a lot without vanishing, and we will set expectations in advance.

Can you clean pavers, stamped concrete and asphalt?

Yes for pavers and stamped concrete, with care. Asphalt is cleaned with lower pressure to protect the surface.

Do you sell sealing?

We focus on cleaning. If you plan to seal the concrete, we are happy to prep the surface so the sealer bonds properly.
